Dancing Rain creative festival is a yearly international art event that takes places in Basistha, Guwahati, India. Artists form all over the world come togehter and share music, art, dance and other forms of creative expression to create awareness about environmental issues among local villagers. There is usually an extensive program, including workshops on varied topics, community cleanups and planting events, etc.
